‘Gator Bites’ is a new UF/IFAS release that produces ‘clementine’ sized, easy peel, nearly seedless tangerine-type fruit with a very rich, sweet and pleasant flavor. Fruit matures early December and holds well through January. Fruit color is a bright orange. Fruit can be picked without clipping. It has a high sugar content and sweet rich flavor making it a great option for kids.
