Replacement Policy
Growing citrus isn’t as easy as 1, 2, 3. There are many diseases that affect the life of citrus trees. Additionally, weather and insects can negatively affect the growth of citrus trees. We will guarantee that you receive a live, healthy, disease free citrus tree. After that, many things can happen. If your tree dies or you experience issues, please take pictures and email them to [email protected]. We will determine the appropriate course of action.
If you have problems with your tree, don’t hesitate to contact us for help and advice. Email is the fastest response option, but you may also call our office at 352-793-6861.
Occasionally trees get damaged during shipment. We will always work with you to replace any tree damaged in shipment. You must take a picture of the damaged tree and box, then save the tree and packaging material. Send pictures to us via email [email protected] and we will get a new tree scheduled for delivery. If we are out of that variety, you will have the choice of selecting a different tree or waiting for that particular variety to be available.
All sales are final once shipped. No refunds. Due to USDA regulations, trees cannot be returned to the nursery.
Problems or concerns will be handled on a case by case basis. We are a small family nursery, not a big box store.Don’t wait to let us know of problems. We cannot replace trees that you have had for months. Send pictures, call, ask for help!
